Preventing Diabetes

This small group class is taught by our diabetes nurse and dietitian. Learn how to lower your chance of getting diabetes by being active, losing weight, and making better food choices. SMALL changes in your life can make a BIG difference! The cost is $30 and for guests or spouses $5.
