Lab Wellness Screenings

We all know that wellness screenings are important. But what if we made it a little easier for you? Now you can walk-in to receive preventive wellness screenings with ease. Simple stop by our hospital front lobby Monday thru Friday (7 am – 11 am) and a Lab Technician will be available to provide the right tests for you.
Sioux Center Health offers inexpensive tests. The costs are kept low because you pay up-front and no insurance will be filed. Prior to your lab test, stop by admissions at the hospital for the proper consent form and to pay. The consent form states the results will be mailed to you upon completion and your physician will not receive any results. It would be your responsibility to report abnormal test results to your physician in order to obtain proper advice and treatment.
For questions call our lab department at 712-722-8130.
