𝗦𝗶𝗼𝘂𝘅 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗶𝘀 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗮𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱-𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗯𝘀𝘁𝗲𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰𝘀 (𝗢𝗕) 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲. 👣 As you prepare for your journey to parenthood, our caring and knowledgeable OB nurses offer free prenatal courses designed to prepare you for labor, delivery, breastfeeding, transition to parenthood, and baby care skills.
Classes are held in Sioux Center Health hospital conference rooms 1 and 2. Brunch and snacks will be provided.

Memory Café
Support Group
Memory Café is a program designed to bring together individuals with any form of dementia or memory loss and their care partners. Caregivers will meet with a social worker in a support group environment and the persons living with dementia will engage in meaningful activity. Activities could include arts/crafts, music, movement, reminiscing, and more. This time will be facilitated by trained nursing, social work, and life enrichment staff.

The Sioux Center Health Scholarship Open is a community-focused golf event that raises funds to support students pursuing careers in healthcare. Hosted by the Sioux Center Health Foundation, it provides scholarships to high school seniors, college students, employees, and their families. Adult First Aid/BLS/AED Class
This class is designed for adults to be prepared for first aid, cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), and automated external defibrillator (AED) use in a safe, timely, and effective manner. The cost is $60.
