For the student to be considered for the Sioux Center Health Scholarship, he/she must submit the following application, along with the necessary documentation to Sioux Center Health, delivered no later than March 6, 2026. Early submissions are encouraged.

November is National Hospice Month and the holiday seasons mark the time for the Loving Tree Project to benefit Sioux Center Health Hospice and Home Care. Through a generous donation to the Sioux Center Health Foundation Hospice Fund, you will receive a personalized ornament in memory of those you cherish but are no longer with you. The ornament helps to embrace loss and provides a keepsake for years to come.
The Sioux Center Health Foundation hosts the Sioux Center Health Foundation Scholarship Open at The Ridge Golf Club in Sioux Center. Each year, the proceeds from this tournament are used to provide scholarships to students pursuing careers in the healthcare field.
