In Loving Memory

In recognition of National Hospice Month, Sioux Center Health Hospice invites the community to take part in In Loving Memory, a special opportunity to honor the lives of loved ones who have passed away and celebrate the memoires that will always be cherished.

We invite you to submit a favorite photo of a loved one with our team, along with 2-3 sentences about a treasured memory, something they loved, or what made them special to you. A recommended donation of $25 per photo will support Sioux Center Health Hospice and the compassionate care provided to patients and families in our communities. Your loved one does not need to have been a patient of Sioux Center Health Hospice to be included.

We invite you to join us for an open house style event, held in recognition of National Hospice Month, as we display all the submitted photos and stories. This will replace our traditional Loving Tree ceremony and ornaments, offering a new way to honor those we miss and the memories we hold close. This event will take place on November 16 from 4:00 - 6:00 PM at the Crown Pointe Estates Gathering Place.
