Sioux Center Health Named to Becker’s Hospital Review’s “Hospitals Patients Would Highly Recommend” List

Sioux Center, IA (May 2026) – Sioux Center Health is proud to announce it has been recognized by Becker’s Hospital Review as one of the “765 Hospitals Patients Would Highly Recommend” in the United States.

This national recognition is based on patient recommendation scores from the Hospital Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (HCAHPS) survey, administered by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). The rating reflects how likely patients are to recommend a hospital to their friends and family based on their care experience.

Becker’s Hospital Review compiled the list using CMS data released in May 2026. Sioux Center Health was among a select group of hospitals nationwide—and one of only a limited number in Iowa—to receive this recognition.

The HCAHPS patient recommendation measure summarizes responses to survey questions asking whether patients would recommend the hospital to others. These responses are an important indicator of overall patient satisfaction and experience.
