Willow offers 16 spacious, fully accessible private apartments designed for comfort, safety, and independence. Our thoughtfully designed spaces support purposeful living, with personalized activity and sensory stations throughout. Residents enjoy family-style dining in a cozy kitchen setting and can relax or engage in activities in our secure, sun-filled outdoor courtyard.

Our Assisted Living Memory Care residents participate in many activities right in their neighborhood, but also join in activities that happen throughout the Crown Pointe Estates campus. Our Willow residents enjoy the community around them in a safe and comforting environment.
