Everyone who calls Crown Pointe Estates home receives care that is deeply personal and thoughtfully tailored. Our care center team offers both skilled care and long-term care. With a specialized care plan designed to support each individual’s needs, our team walks alongside residents through every stage of life, offering comfort and respect.
Beyond 24/7 person-centered nursing care, your loved one will also receive the following:
Compassionate On-Site Support – Including social services, behavioral health, foot care, and hospice care right where they live. With our partnership with Sioux Center Health, we also have physicians that will visit
Expert Therapy Services, Close to Home – We offer on-site physical, occupational, speech, and rehab therapies to help them feel their best.
Specialized Memory Care – While our care center is not a dedicated memory care center, we partner with specialized Sioux Center Health providers who bring expert memory care services directly to our residents.
Delicious Dining Experiences – Enjoy three home-cooked meals daily, plus two snack times filled with comfort and variety.
On-Site Salon Services – Freshen up with a visit to Salon 12:7.
Worry-Free Living – Personal laundry, housekeeping, and maintenance services taken care of for you.
Engaging Activities – From Bible studies and fitness classes to concerts, hymn sings, baking, puzzles, movies, guest speakers, book readings, coloring, games, and more — there’s something for everyone to enjoy and look forward to. We live in an area of rich community, giving us many opportunities to have local groups from schools, churches, and more visit our residents and participate in activities.

Our Neighborhoods
We believe that exceptional care begins with an environment that feels welcoming and personal. That’s why our care center is divided into three distinct neighborhoods—Birch, Hickory, and Sycamore—each tailored to provide both high-quality care and a homelike atmosphere where residents feel at ease. We encourage our residents to decorate their rooms with personal items, making them feel more at home. Each neighborhood has it's own outdoor patio space where residents can enjoy fresh air and sunshine.
