With a specialized care plan designed to support each individual’s needs, our team walks alongside residents through every stage of life, offering comfort and respect.
Beyond 24/7 person-centered nursing care, your loved one will also receive the following:
- Compassionate On-Site Support – Including social services, behavioral health, foot care, and hospice care right where they live. With our partnership with Sioux Center Health, we also have physicians that will visit
- Expert Therapy Services, Close to Home – We offer on-site physical, occupational, speech, and rehab therapies to help them feel their best.
- Specialized Memory Care – While our care center is not a dedicated memory care center, we partner with specialized Sioux Center Health providers who bring expert memory care services directly to our residents.
- Delicious Dining Experiences – Enjoy three home-cooked meals daily, plus two snack times filled with comfort and variety.
- On-Site Salon Services – Freshen up with a visit to Salon 12:7.
- Worry-Free Living – Personal laundry, housekeeping, and maintenance services taken care of for you.
