Bordering the countryside in the southeast corner of Sioux Center, Crown Pointe Estates focuses on the importance of security, safety, wellness, health education, and organization. The amenities include a spacious community room for family gatherings, comfortable dining rooms, lounges, a library with computers and books on loan through our partnership with the Sioux Center Public Library, a barber/beauty shop, an exercise room, a billiards room, an activities room, and a beautiful outdoor patio which boasts a walking path that takes you through the lovely plants and flowers completed with a gazebo; perfect for fellowship with great friends.

Security Deposit

$5,001.00 – Paid at the time the agreement is signed for either one or two bedroom apartments. The security deposit is refundable, but Crown Pointe Estates reserves the right to withhold and use all or a portion of the deposit for needed repairs, re-painting, or cleaning when an apartment is vacated by tenant(s).
