OB Physicians
Choosing an OB physician is one of the most meaningful decisions you'll make during your pregnancy. Our obstetric physicians are more than just medical professionals — they are compassionate, knowledgeable partners in your journey to parenthood. In fact, your physician will be the very first person to hold your baby — a moment as significant as the care that leads up to it.
We encourage you to call our clinic as soon as possible after you find out you are pregnant. One of our team members will reach out to you to answer questions and schedule a time to see one of our providers as early as eight weeks into your pregnancy. This early visit helps get your pregnancy off to the best possible start, with a review of your health history, helpful resources, and possibly your first glimpse of baby!
Prenatal Appointment Schedule Regular prenatal visits are key to monitoring your health and your baby’s development. A typical schedule includes:
Every 4 weeks through the 28th week
Every 2 weeks from the 29th to the 36th week
Weekly from the 37th week until delivery
If your pregnancy is considered high-risk, or if you have a pre-existing health condition like diabetes, your doctor may recommend more frequent visits to ensure the best outcomes for you and your baby.
Choosing an OB physician you trust makes all the difference. View our full OB team below and call (712) 722-2609 to schedule your first appointment.
