YOUR SUPPORT
By your support and participation in our Annual Swinging Fore Scholarship Foundation Golf Benefit at The Ridge Golf Course, you help provide scholarships to area high school students and community members who are actively pursuing or continuing their education in a healthcare career. With the contributions last year, the Foundation awarded $21,000 in scholarships to high school students, college students, employees, and employee family members.
TOURNAMENT INFORMATION

The Ridge Golf Club, Sioux Center
- $450 for a 4-person team or $112.50/golfer (green fees, golf cart, meal, hole and door prizes)
- 18-hole tournament
- 36 teams maximum

Following the tournament, a meal will be served in the Ridge event room.
