Join us for the 5th annual Healthy Heroes event! Sioux Center Health is proud to partner once again with Promise Community Health Center and Community Health Partners of Sioux County to host this fun and exciting event for the entire family. Events are hosted in beautiful Children’s Park in Sioux Center.

Throughout the morning visit the booths at the health fair with interactive learning and opportunities for prizes. We are excited for booths that will teach your kids about different activities they can do to stay healthy.
