Hospice Loving Tree Ceremony

Sioux Center Health invites you and your family to join us on Monday, December 4 at 5:30 pm in the Gathering Place on Main Street at Crown Pointe Estates for a special memorial service as we light the Loving Tree to remember and celebrate the lives of those we will never forget.
