Level Up Performance Enhancement Camp
Who: Middle School boys and girls
When: June 5, 2023, through July 27, 2023
Time: 7:00 AM, 8:00AM, 1:00 PM (time slots may not be guaranteed, first come first serve) If a time slot does not work for you then you will be refunded.
What: focus on agility, power, speed, and acceleration to increase performance
Where: ASB Sports Complex- participants will utilize our Physical Therapy Space along with time on the dome turf
How long: 2x/week for 8 weeks. Classes will be held on Monday and Thursday (a total of 16 sessions)
How much: Groups will consist of 4 participants and each session will last one hour. The price is $30/session. The total cost for each participant is $480 (due at the beginning of sessions).
