We can file to your insurance. Self-pay cost for the flu vaccine:
· $48 – 6 months and older
· $88 – high dose vaccine recommended for individuals 65 years and older
· Flu shots are effective for 1 year
· Flu shots will be available as supplies last
FOR FASTER SERVICE, fill out the consent form in advance and bring it with
you, along with a copy of your insurance card. The consent form can be found
here.
