Sioux Center Health Therapy Center offers a variety of options to support those living with Parkinson’s Disease. Our speech therapists, physical therapists, and occupational therapists provide many evidence-based services to help people manage Parkinson’s disease in an upbeat, supportive healing environment.

Group Exercise Classes

Did you know that exercise is one of the most important activities someone can do to manage Parkinson’s disease? Research shows that people with Parkinson’s disease who start exercising earlier have a substantially slower decline in their quality of life.

Support Group

Second Thursday of each month. Crown Pointe Estates Gathering Place. 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM.

This group offers education, support, resources, discussion, and activities, in an upbeat healing environment for individuals with Parkinson’s and their caregivers.
